Bach & Co. is a new, independent Danish publishing house with a broad profile in children’s and young adult books. We publish high-quality literature for young readers – from picture books and read-aloud stories to graphic novels and YA fiction – in both print and digital formats.

The publishing house was founded by Christian Bach, former publishing director at Carlsen and an experienced editor with deep insight into Danish children’s literature, school and library distribution, and cooperation with booksellers. Bach & Co. is driven by editorial expertise, curiosity, and a passion for bringing strong stories, new voices, and bold visual expression into the world of children’s books.

We collaborate closely with authors, illustrators, educators, and booksellers to publish inspiring, relevant, and well-crafted books for children, teens, and those who support their reading journeys.
